The Cannabis Industry’s Voice from Main Street, NCIA has been the oldest, largest, and most comprehensive trade group representing businesses that are legally involved in the cannabis industry since 2010. Our membership is made up of hundreds of forward-thinking firms that are committed to ensuring that small cannabis businesses, as opposed to simply the wealthiest few, have a place at the table in Washington, District of Columbia.

Protecting the legal cannabis sector, defending our state laws, and advancing federal policy improvements that are advantageous to the industry as a whole are all things that we are leading the effort to do.
